Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Quotseal for the service at quotseal.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What the service does

Quotseal lets you build a sales quote, send it to your customer as a web link, and see when it is opened, accepted or declined. It also stores your templates, price items and contacts, and can produce a PDF of any quote.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older and able to enter a contract.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at dealivo@vortechron.com if you think someone else has got in.

If you invite team members, you are responsible for what they do in your company's workspace.

Trial and payment

• New accounts get a free trial of 14 days. No card is needed to start it.
• After the trial you pick a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing section of our home page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We do not give refunds for part of a period, unless the law where you live says we must.
• If we change a price we will email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Payments are handled by Stripe. If a payment fails we may suspend your account until it is settled.

Your content stays yours

The quotes, templates, price items, contacts and files you put into Quotseal belong to you. We claim no ownership of them.

You give us permission to store, copy and display that content only so far as we need to in order to run the service for you — for example, rendering a quote page for your customer or generating a PDF. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

You promise that you have the right to use the content you upload, including any customer details, logos and images.

What you may not do

• Break the law, or use the service to send spam, scams or misleading offers.
• Upload malware, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Try to break into other accounts, or get around limits, rate limits or payment.
• Resell or rebrand the service as your own without a written agreement from us.
• Overload the service with automated traffic beyond the documented API limits.

Our content

The software, design, name and logo of Quotseal belong to us. Your subscription gives you the right to use the service, not to copy it.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be down. We may take it offline for maintenance, and we will give notice when we can plan it in advance.

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will fit every purpose you have in mind.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses. Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.

Ending the agreement

• You can close your account at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that goes unpaid.
• Before closing, export anything you want to keep. After 30 days we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will update the date at the top of this page and email account holders before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
