Send the quote as a page. Watch it come back accepted.

Your customer gets a link, not an attachment. They read the quote on whatever they are holding, ask a question in place, and accept it. You watch every step of that happen.

Backyard pool, design and build

Quoted items
Design and permit drawings 1 4,800.00
Excavation and shell 1 22,400.00
Tiling and coping 48 m² 9,120.00
Total $36,320.00

That is the whole thing your customer receives. No login, no download, no version of the file sitting in someone's downloads folder going out of date.

Three things happen. You do two of them.

  1. Write it

A quote is a document, so you write it like one: headings, photographs, columns, price lines, optional extras your customer can tick. Start from a template and the parts you write every time are already there.

  2. Send it

See the page exactly as your customer will, edit the covering email, then send. They get a link that works on a phone. You can send it to several people and set the date it stops being valid.

  3. Wait

The status moves on its own from sent to opened to accepted, and you get an email each time. Questions arrive on the quote itself, so the thread stays with the work it is about.

What you get, in the order you meet it.

While you write it

Templates
Keep a starting point for each kind of job, so the parts you write every time are already on the page.
Saved price and text items
Your usual lines and paragraphs, kept once and dropped into any quote.
Optional and choose-one items
Extras the customer ticks, or packages they pick between. The total follows what they choose.
Cost, markup and margin
Work out the price from your cost. Your customer never sees those figures, and neither does anyone on the Sales role.
Smart tags
Write the customer name once in the template and it fills itself in on every quote.

After you send it

Live status
Sent, opened, accepted or declined, with the time each one happened.
Questions on the quote
Your customer asks in place. The question lands on the quote and in your inbox.
Versions
Revise a quote you already sent. It becomes a new version with a new link, and the old one stays on record.
PDF
Every quote has one, for the customers who still need a file.
Zoho CRM, webhooks and the API
Push accepted quotes into Zoho, call your own systems, or drive the whole thing over REST.

Here is our quote to you.

Set as a choose-one item, which is the same thing you can put in front of your own customers.

Questions

Does my customer need an account?

No. They get a private link that opens the quote in their browser, on any device. Nothing to install, no password to remember.

What happens when the free trial ends?

You get 14 days with up to 3 people. Near the end the app shows a banner asking you to pick a plan. Everything you built stays where it is.

Can I still send a PDF?

Yes. Every quote has one, and your customer can download it from the same page. The link stays the version of record.

The customer wants a change after I sent it.

Revise it. The quote becomes a new version with a new link, and the old version stays on file so you can see what changed and when.

Can my team see my margins?

Only if you let them. People on the Sales role see quotes and contacts. Cost, markup and margin, settings, templates and items stay with Admins.

Will it fit the systems I already run?

Push accepted quotes into Zoho CRM, send webhooks to your own tools, or use the REST API directly. Contacts and price items import and export as CSV.

Everything else is in the help pages.
